Sailors on their way to Portugal in distress

Because of the stormy weather last weekend had more than one person two sail boats rescued from drowning.
On Sunday morning at 8.45 h, two Spaniards and an Argentine sailors in the 10 Feet long, Spanish Yacht “The Almogrote” using a military helicopter brought back to shore.
The boat came off the Moroccan coast on the way to Portugal in distress. As the Moroccan authorities have not the necessary rescue equipment, Portuguese were soon on the rescue workers used.
The icy sailors were admitted to the hospital in Faro.
Another call for help went at night to 23.30 h in a Portuguese rescue. A Belgian couple of 56 and 57 Years ago 180 Nautical miles off the coast of Sagres, with its 13 Meter-long yacht "Mamour" sprung a leak.
Before the arrival of the helicopter were the sailors of a Belgian merchant ship taken on board and supplies.
