No fish in the Algarve
Auction Hall of Docapesca opened without fishmonger

The long-awaited opening of the fish auction hall was at Quarteira 2. November morning at 6 Clock completed, but without the presence of the fishmonger.
This boycotted the opening, because it was not allowed, to inspect the fish before, and to handle.
The prepared 2500 Kilo of fish had to then be sold to other places.
The operators of Docapesca noted, that a touch of the goods to EU- not directives from the hygienic point of view is allowed.
Meanwhile, the opponents have agreed, Although the fish may now visit prior to the auction, but will not affect, to the traders have with boots, Coats and hats to be held.
From 3. November is now expected to run smoothly.
In the first half 2010 have been 972 Tons of fish sold in Quarteira.
